Registration is now open and can be completed here. Payments are now being collected. After registration, you will receive an e-mail with a link to NUS’ payment portal and instructions about which options to select there. This payment e-mail will arrive within a day of new registrations in most cases, though it will come later for those who requested University housing.

Registration fees finance the rent of space, poster panels, AV support, furnishings, coffee catering, and buffet lunches. The conference banquet is a separate charge.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation requests made before 30 June 2024, registration and/or banquet fees are eligible for a full refund, minus transaction fees. Housing fees, however, cannot be refunded after 12 June 2024.

No refunds can be made for cancellations received after 1 July 2024 or in the case of not participating.
